Is VAT included in the price?

NO!  VAT is not applicable for any online purchases.

How is the shipping calculated?

The shipping is based on priority delivery rates from the United Kingdom.  The price is calculated on the weight of each item and you can choose to pay the Standard rate for delivery in up to 28 days or Premium rate for delivery within 7-10 days.  If you need 24/48 hour delivery then please email us and we will advise the additional cost of the specific item.  All taxes in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

How long will it take for the goods to be delivered?

All items will normally be dispatched between 7-28 days of ordering, depending on the shipping chosen. We will email regular communications to keep you posted on the progress of your order.

All parcels will be sent via Priority delivery.  We rely on the existing systems and processes of our chosen delivery organisation, and once the parcel has been handed in for delivery and the necessary proof of postage obtained, we do not take responsibility for non-delivery and no refunds will be given under these circumstances.

How do I place an order online?

Ordering is easy and convenient! Simply select your favorite items, add them to your shopping cart and click "Check Out" for your order total and follow the instructions.

What are my payment options?

Payment is due at the time you place your order. Place your order online and follow the instructions to the checkout where you can pay with your credit card using Paypal, our secure payment method and the huge benefit is that you will not be paying VAT.  You don't need to open an account, you can pay with your credit card as a guest.  We are looking at alternative payment methods in addition to Paypal so keep watching for further information.

Will I get an email confirmation after I place my order?

Yes, you will immediately receive an email confirmation of your order and another one to confirm the items have been shipped.

How do I make changes or cancel my order?

Please verify your order confirmation immediately upon receipt to verify the details of your order. You may make changes or cancel your order as long as the order is not being processed. We strongly suggest you email as soon as possible with changes or cancellations so we can accommodate your request without any additional charges. If an order is in processing, no changes can be made. If you wish to cancel an order you must do so within 24 hours of placing it.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We pride ourselves on carrying high-quality items, and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully to verify that all items meet your expectations. If, for some reason, your purchase is not the right size or is defective in any way, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email at and describe the reason you are requesting a refund/exchange.

2. Make sure items are in their original packaging, appropriately secured within the shipping box, and returned to us within 14 days.

3. When we receive your email regarding returns, you will be advised of the return address.

Please note:

  • We will NOT issue refunds or exchanges if the garment/s has been worn.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to choose the style of garment carefully, using the enlarged photograph facility, before ordering as refunds are not normally issued due to the customer's change of mind on style.
  • There are no refunds issued on the return of shoes.
  • We do not issue refunds on any garments which are made to order.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping. We do not refund your shipping charges.
  • No credit is given for lost return packages and non-returnable items returned to us will not be shipped back to the sender nor credited to their account. We do strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost return packages.

How long before I receive my refund?

After we receive your package and inspect the items, you will receive an email confirming credit total. Credit will be issued in 3 to 5 business days. Please allow adequate time for Paypal to process the credit.
