How is the shipping calculated?

We have now changed our postage policy and offer a flat rate of £5 per parcel, regardless of the number of items inside and regardless of the country to which it is shipped. All taxes in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

Is VAT included in the price?

VAT is not included in the product price. It is applied to the subtotal after any discounts and delivery charges. You will see the final amount in your shopping cart. Our VAT registration number is: GB 825 5668 03.

How long will it take for the goods to be delivered?

All items will normally be dispatched between 7-28 days of ordering, either from stock here in the UK or from France. We will email regular communications to keep you posted on the progress of your order.

How do I place an order online?

Ordering is easy and convenient! Simply select your favorite items, add them to your shopping cart and click "Check Out" for your order total.

How do I make changes or cancel my order?

Please verify your order confirmation immediately upon receipt to verify the details of your order. You may make changes or cancel your order as long as the order is not in processing. We strongly suggest you speak with us on +44 (0)7904 384 900 or email clare@libertinesque.com as soon as possible with changes or cancellations so we can accommodate your request without any additional charges. If an order is in processing, no changes can be made. If you wish to cancel an order you must do so within 24 hours of placing it.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We pride ourselves on carrying high-quality items, and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully to verify that all items meet your expectations. If, for some reason, your purchase is not the right size or is defective in any way, please follow these easy steps:

1. Contact us via email at clare@libertinesque.com and describe the reason you are requesting a refund/exchange. We will advise of the return address, depending whereabouts you live.
2. Make sure items are in their original packaging, and are appropriately secured within the shipping box.
Please take note: It is the customer's responsibility to choose the style of garment carefully, using the enlarged photograph facility, before ordering as refunds are not normally issued due to the customer's change of mind on style. The customer is responsible for shipping. We do not refund shipping charges. No credit is given for lost return packages and non-returnable items returned to us will not be shipped back to the sender nor credited to their account. We do strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost return packages.

How long before I receive my refund?

After we receive your package and inspect the items, you will receive an email confirming credit total. Credit will be issued in 3 to 5 business days. Please allow adequate time for Paypal to process the credit.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). We will soon be adding AlertPay to our site as an alternative means of payment. You don't need to have an account with either PayPal or AlertPay - you can use your credit card in the usual way. AlertPay is every bit as secure as PayPal.

What is your privacy policy?

Our privacy policy is very simple. We do not share or sell information about visitors to our site.

What are my payment options?

Payment is due at the time you place your order. Orders can be placed online by Pay Pal or contact us for bank transfer details.

Will I get an email confirmation after I place my order?

Yes, you will immediately receive an email confirmation of your order and another one to confirm the items have been shipped.
