We will be opening the doors of our first boutique in London on the 11th September 2010 showing our collections of Patrice Catanzaro and Clémentine alongside some fabulous hand made shoes, an exhibition of erotic/fetish photography by the world famous Gérard Musy from Paris and various other little temptations. You really MUST come and see us.
Welcome to Charlie!!!
A big welcome to Charlie, the newest addition to the Libertinesque team. She comes to join us from a retail and publishing background based in Peterborough and has made the move down to London with us. She is our main point of contact for Twitter, Facebook and MySpace as well as taking her place in the shop when we open.
Some of you will have already met her when she was modelling the collections at the ETO show and at various funky fashion shows earlier in the year (see her in the blue and white CoCo below)
Welcome to our crazy, busy world Charlie!

A wonderful busy time was had by all at the recent ETO Trade Show at the NEC in Birmingham. Although this was our first visit to the show and many people questioned us as to why we wanted to be there, as it is normally known as a 'toy show', our confidence in the collections of Patrice was supported by the fabulous two days we had. From the moment the doors opened we had a constant stream of eager and interested retailers. We imagined that the large boxes of catalogues we took with us would more than last us for the duration of the show, in fact by lunchtime on the first morning we had run out! The attendance of Patrice and his lovely wife Aude made the event even more special for us and they were delighted with the interest, quality of the stand, the two delightful models who put a great deal of effort and enthusiasm into continually changing their outfits throughout. To take our first orders and sign up retailers at the show was a great experience for us and the resulting continued interest has been encouraging.
Tim Woodward from Skin Two has put another article about Libertinesque on his website regarding the amazing things happening in our world of 'seriously sexy to faintly fetish' fashion. Click on the banner below to read all about it..

We are thrilled to add to our News page that Karen Estabrook has done a new video with some of the girls from Saut de Basque. Listen carefully because the song "Spread Your Wings" was written and performed by Karen herself. As well as being featured on TV during early May 2010 there is another TV documentary planned which will feature Karen and her fetish dance theatre performing at the famous Pineapple Studios in London, not to mention the Funky Fashion Shows for Libertinesque!!
You must have a look at the Libertinesque ad in the Directory of the really sharp Scarlet Magazine - it is a really great collection of sexy and fun stuff for girls in the UK. We love it because it is a bit more edgy than the usual mags and the articles are hot, hot hot!!.

How good is your French? Have a look at Patrice's brand new blog which gives all the news and view from the fetish fashion world and give great insight into the photographers, film makers, new collections and a host of other gossip emanating from Europe. It also includes a link to the BRAND NEW Libertinesque Blog which was only born on the 13th April......watch out for full details in our next news letter.

Look what I found on The Fetishistas.com website - lots of info about the fabulous Club Rub and lots and lots of photos of our fashion show! Club Rub moved to their new venue The Lightbox in Vauxhall, London earlier this year and I must say it is a seriously good venue for all things fetish. Read more about the venue and about our funky fashion show, which seems to have gone down a storm every time we perform.

Tim Woodward from Skin Two interviewed Kim from Club Rub about the new funky fashion shows performed by Libertinesque and Saut de Basque and what goes on at her club and this is what she said:

The February edition of the Erotic Trade Only magazine for the Adult Industry wrote a great editorial about our story. It mentions how we came to be Libertinesque and where we are planning to take the brand over the coming months. We will be taking a stand at the only Adult Trade Exhibition in the UK which takes place at the NEC, Birmingham on 4th and 5th July 2010. Our stand number is 32 (not far from the bar) so come and see us and learn some more....

On the 28th January we were delighted to read an article mentioning us on the Italian fetish site Cooletto - a really cool site (which is easy to translate into English) with lots to say about the fetish and bdsm scene in central Europe.

Tim Woodward from legendary Skin Two honoured us with an article on his site. Despite the normal fetish trends being latex and leather, the new breathable fabrics from Patrice Catanzaro are the perfect solution to latex aversion or allergy. So have a look for yourself.
